Octavian is a handsome, one-year-old Cane Corso who was sadly surrendered by his owner because he needed cherry eye surgery. This condition is quite common in the breed, but the rising costs and limited surgical options made it difficult for his previous family to provide the care he needed.
Despite his rough start, Octavian is a sweet and affectionate boy who loves going for walks and thrives in an environment with rules, boundaries, and structure. He is dog-friendly and would do well in a home with a large breed female companion. While he hasn’t been tested with small dogs or cats, he has a balanced temperament, and we believe he would be good with children ages six and up.
Octavian is looking for a dedicated owner who will invest time in his training and continue to challenge him both mentally and physically.
