Nora 13 months old sweet terrified girl right now. Owner surrender as he is getting divorced and is traveling for work. She really has left her home since about 3 months of age.
So everything is scary and new to her at this time. She lived with a child and a smaller dog and lived in a rural area.
Nora is house trained and needs a home with another dog.
She just went to foster today
